Q: Which EV charger do I need?
For most UK homes, a 7kW Smart EV Charger is the ideal solution, providing convenient overnight charging.
If your property has a three-phase electrical supply and your vehicle supports faster AC charging, a 22kW charger may also be suitable.
If you're unsure, our team is always happy to recommend the right charger for your vehicle and property.
Q: What's the difference between tethered and untethered chargers?
A tethered charger has the charging cable permanently attached, making it quicker and more convenient for everyday charging.
An untethered charger allows you to use your own charging cable, providing a cleaner appearance and greater flexibility if you change vehicles in the future.
Both options offer the same charging performance.
Q: Will your chargers work with my car?
Yes.
Our EV chargers are compatible with almost every modern electric vehicle sold in the UK using a Type 2 charging connector, including Tesla, BYD, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Kia, Hyundai, MG, Volvo, Ford, Nissan and many more.

Q: Can I install an EV charger myself?
No.
EV chargers should always be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the latest electrical regulations.
If required, we can arrange installation through our trusted installer network.
Q: How long does installation take?
Most standard home EV charger installations are completed within half a day.
Larger or more complex installations may take longer depending on the property and electrical requirements.
Q: Can I charge overnight?
Yes.
Smart EV chargers allow you to schedule charging overnight, making it easy to take advantage of cheaper off-peak electricity tariffs while waking up to a fully charged vehicle.
Q: Do your chargers work with off-peak electricity tariffs?
Yes.
Our smart EV chargers support scheduled charging, helping you maximise savings by charging during cheaper overnight electricity periods.
Q: Can I use solar panels with an EV charger?
Many smart EV chargers can work alongside compatible solar PV systems, allowing you to make use of excess solar energy where supported.
Q: Do your air conditioning systems provide heating as well as cooling?
Yes.
Our systems are reversible air-to-air heat pumps, providing efficient cooling during summer and energy-efficient heating during winter.
Q: How efficient are your systems?
Modern air conditioning & heating systems are extremely energy efficient and can often produce several units of heating or cooling from every unit of electricity consumed.
Q: Can they heat my whole home?
This depends on the system selected.
Single-room systems are designed for individual spaces, while multi-split systems can heat and cool multiple rooms using a single outdoor unit.
Q: How often should my system be serviced?
We recommend servicing your system annually to maintain efficiency, maximise its lifespan and help protect your warranty.
Q: How noisy are the units?
Modern air conditioning systems are designed to operate quietly, making them suitable for both residential and commercial environments.
Q: Do you offer supply only?
Yes.
Many customers choose to purchase products directly from us and arrange installation using their own qualified electrician.

Q: Can I use my own electrician?
Absolutely.

We provide installation services across most parts of the UK through our trusted network of qualified installation partners.
Coverage may vary depending on your location and the type of installation required. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, simply get in touch with our team and we'll be happy to advise.
Q: How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Many orders placed before our daily cut-off time are dispatched the same working day, while most others are dispatched within one working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, weekends, bank holidays and your delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation along with any available tracking information.
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
Yes.
We offer FREE delivery on all products to mainland UK.
Please note that deliveries to certain remote locations, including some offshore islands and Highlands & Islands postcodes, may incur additional delivery charges. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss the available delivery options.

Our warranties cover manufacturing defects under normal use.
They do not cover accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorised modifications.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with other secure online payment methods available at checkout.
Q: Do your prices include VAT?
Yes.
Where applicable, all prices displayed on our website clearly indicate whether VAT is included.
Q: Will I receive an invoice?
Yes.
A VAT invoice will be provided for every completed order.
Q: Do you supply commercial EV chargers?

Q: Do you supply rapid and ultra-rapid chargers?

Our commercial range includes DC charging solutions from 40kW upwards, including rapid and ultra-rapid chargers suitable for high-demand charging locations.
