Our EV chargers are compatible with a Type 2 connection which all UK imported cars are with the exception of Tesla's.

Yes, our chargers are compatible with the Tuya smart app which can be downloaded from your phone/tablet smart store. Please click the following link to download the Tuya smart app.

No, if you don't have a strong WIFI connection, you can simply use the RFID security card and plug and charge. No need for WIFI, however, please note you won't be able to connect the charger to the smart app.

The time it takes to charge an electric car can be as little as 30 minutes or more than 12 hours. This depends on the size of the battery and the speed of the charging point. A typical electric car (60kWh battery) takes just under 8 hours to charge from empty-to-full with a 7kW charger. A 22kW charger would charge empty-to-full in 2 hours 45 minutes. A 3.5kW charger would take 17 hours empty-to-full.

There is a 2 year manufacturers warranty on our EV chargers.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders in the UK mainland. 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition.
